Terms and Conditions of the Site
Definition
User of the Site (hereinafter User) means a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site. Site administration (hereinafter referred to as site administration) — authorized employees of the site management who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) carried out with personal data.
General provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site (hereinafter, the Rules) are a public agreement between the owner of the company BO BF Home of Rescued Animals in the form of a charitable organization and each registered user of our service. By using our site, you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site as a whole, as well as the rules and conditions set forth in each section. Please do not use the site if you do not agree with these Terms.
Rules
The information posted on the site can only be used if all requirements are met, so please carefully read the rules of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”). Each Party guarantees the other Party that it has the necessary legal and legal capacity.

The site administration may at any time, without prior notice, cancel, modify, correct any errors or omissions in any section of the site, as well as make other changes to the materials of the site and post on it information about products or prices (if any), suspend or terminate the work of various sections of the site, including access to certain features of the site. The Site Administration may also impose restrictions on certain features and services or restrict your access to certain sections of the Site or to the entire Site without notice and any liability on its part.
Security
You must not: —use any device or software that may interfere with the operation of the Site; — perform any actions that will result in the Site's infrastructure being subjected to a disproportionately large and unreasonable load (for example, sending mass e-mails — “spam”); — interfere with the operation of the Site software or its functionality elements, including the posting on the Site of materials infected with viruses, malware such as “Trojan Horse”, “slow motion bomb” or other elements that may cause damage to the software structure of the site or affect its operation.
Message
All meanings of “letters”, “messages” and other similar statements refer to the electronic method of communication (for example, by e-mail), provided that the link to the notification is maintained by the party with reliable evidence that the message was sent and received.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Site Administration be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, actual or incidental damages, or incidental punitive damages (including, without limitation, damage caused in connection with the loss of the enterprise, failure to conclude a contract, failure to receive income, data, information or a break in the productive activities) arising as a result of or in connection with the use or inability to use this site or its contents; or in connection with these Rules, or the actions/inactions of the site administration.
Resolving conflicts and disputes
A user who believes that his/her rights and/or interests have been violated by the administration of the site can send a claim by e-mail to domivkas@gmail.com in Ukrainian, indicating the full legal name (for legal entities) or first name, surname and patronymic (for individuals), as well as the return address (postal and electronic) and contact phone number. Within 10 working days after receiving the claim, the site administration undertakes to send a response in essence to the sender's email address specified in the letter. The site administration does not consider anonymous complaints or complaints that do not contain true or complete information about the sender. In the event that the sender is dissatisfied with the response received from the site administration or the user did not receive it at the appointed time, the procedure must be completed again through postal correspondence. For these purposes, the e-mail address domivkas@gmail.com is used. Also, the period of response from the site administration in writing will be extended to 10 business days. In the event that the dispute is not resolved through the procedure for filing a claim, the dispute is resolved in court.
