Public offer

An individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “Philanthropist”) who has made a charitable contribution through the website “Home of Rescued Animals” (hereinafter - the “Site”) enters into this agreement with the Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation “Home of Rescued Animals” (hereinafter - “Recipient”). By making a donation, the Benefactor automatically agrees to the terms of this Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”).

This document is an official proposal addressed to an unlimited circle of persons who conclude an agreement on the provision of charitable assistance under the conditions specified below, in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Public offer — the proposal of the Recipient to conclude an agreement on the provision of a charitable sacrifice under certain conditions.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer means the full and unconditional fulfillment of the terms of this offer by the Benefactor making a donation.
1.3. A charitable donation is a free financial assistance that the Beneficiary voluntarily provides to the Recipient to support its statutory activities.
1.4. The recipient is the Charitable Organization “Home of Rescued Animals”, which carries out activities to support animals in accordance with its charter.

2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Benefactor voluntarily transfers funds in the form of a charitable donation to the Recipient for use in accordance with the statutory activities aimed at helping rescued animals.
2.2. The benefactor independently determines the amount of the sacrifice.

3. Procedure for making a donation
3.1. The Benefactor may make a donation through the means of payment available on the Site or by other means specified on the Site.
3.2. The fact of crediting funds to the Recipient's account will be the acceptance of this Offer.
3.3. The donation is non-refundable, except for cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

4. Use of charitable donations
4.1. Charitable donations go to provide food, treatment and care for animals. Improving the conditions of keeping animals in shelters. Conducting information activities to promote adoption and attract new donors.
4.2. Current fees, which are currently held in the shelter: - Shelter for special dogs “Mriya” - 900 thousand UAH, term until 31.06.2026. - Enclosure for foxes - 200 thousand UAH, term until 31.08.2025 In case the funds raised exceed the needs of this fee, the balance can be used to support Other projects in the shelter.
4.3. The recipient has the right to redistribute funds depending on the actual needs within the framework of its statutory activities.
4.4. All donations made are voluntary, non-refundable and non-refundable.

5. Rights and obligations of the page
5.1. Rights and Obligations of the Recipient:To use the funds received in accordance with the terms of this Offer and the Statute. Provide information about the use of victims through published reports or at the request of the Benefactor.
5.2. Rights and Responsibilities of the Benefactor: Receive information about the use of victims. Contact the Recipient with questions related to charitable activities. Ensure that the contribution is voluntary, made from legal sources.

6. Consent to the processing of personal data
6.1. By making a donation, the Benefactor consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
6.2. Personal data is used for the purposes related to the performance of this Offer and is not transferred to third parties without the consent of the Benefactor.

7. Liability page
7.1. The Recipient is not responsible for losses caused by improper filling of payment details by the Benefactor or the actions of third parties.
7.2. The benefactor guarantees that it is not really voluntary and in compliance with applicable law.

8. Offer Validity
8.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely until its withdrawal by the Recipient.
8.2. The Recipient reserves the right to change the terms of the Offer. The new conditions come into force from the moment of their publication on the Site.

9. Final provisions
9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. In case of failure to reach agreement, they are considered in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. Making a donation confirms the Benefactor's agreement to all terms and conditions of this Offer.
