1. Subject of the offer
We enable users to become caretakers of animals in our shelter through the App and meet their treatment, nutrition and care needs through donations.
2. Terms of use
Before using the Application, the user is obliged to read the terms of this offer, the user agreement and the consent of the payer.
3. Description of services
The app allows you to:
- choose an animal from a shelter for custody
- make one-time or regular monthly donations to cover its needs
- support the shelter through general charitable contributions.
4. Price of services
The user independently determines the amount of donations in accordance with his financial capabilities.
5. Procedure for the provision of services
Services are provided after:
- familiarization and acceptance of the terms of the offer, the user agreement and the consent of the payer.
- making a donation through the App.
6. Use of donations and reporting
- all funds are directed exclusively to the needs of the animals in the shelter, including treatment, nutrition and maintenance
- in the App there is a system of “Curation over the animal”, where each animal has its own cost of maintenance
- in the event that the funds raised exceed the needs of a specific animal, the remainder can be used to support other animals in the shelter
7. Irreversibility of donations
All donations made through the App are voluntary, non-refundable and non-refundable.
8. Acceptance of the offer
Use of the Application is considered confirmation of acceptance of the terms of this offer.
9. Offer validity
This offer is valid indefinitely. We reserve the right to change or withdraw it at any time. Information about the changes will be published in the App.
